A native Memphian, John Kirkscey is MAP’s developer. Subsequent to earning his Masters in international business from Thunderbird, School of Global Management, John founded Liberty Investment Group, LLC, which creates and licenses global market index strategies for investment funds.

After returning to Memphis in 2006, he (re)discovered his city as a dynamic, unique, and diversified arts haven with great potential, which led to his conception of Memphis Art Park.
